• Choose exactly what mix of grout and when  you’d like it to arrive.

The same dispatchers you’re familiar with on the phone will instantly receive your  order and reply in the order’s chat with questions and adjustments.

Tip 1: Many customers find it helpful to duplicate their previous orders and just  adjust the date and location.

Screen 2 of 3 is where you fill in the mix information…

1. Delivery time 

2. Volume 

• You can indicate an exact or estimated order  volume.

3. Mix 

• Only the mixes on the jobsite contract will be  available for selection.

4. Slump 

• The default slump value populates this field  but can be edited.

5. Additives 

• You can add up to 4 additives to each  mix. These are populated from the jobsite  contract.

6. Rate 

• Specify either spacing or quantity per hour

Creating An Order: Logistics

Screen 1 of 3 is where you fill in order logistics information…

1. Jobsite 

• Select your jobsite from the list. If a jobsite is  apparently missing you probably don’t have  permission to view it. Call your sales rep or  dispatcher and request they grant you per mission.

2. Ship to address 

• The Ship-to address will default to the job site’s address but you are free to enter a custom address or drop a pin on a map to send  lat/log values.

3. PO (if required) 

• Not all businesses require PO numbers at the  time of order. If your contract requires it then  it will remind you to enter one.

4. Date and time 

• Enter the date of the pour

You can place orders by using the CREATE ORDER button or by using the
DUPLICATE ORDER button.

CREATE ORDER:

•  Found on the “Orders” screen

DUPLICATE ORDER:

• Found in each order screen 
• Fills every field in the order process with  identical information 
• Reduces order placing to just a few  taps.
