The “DELIVERED” button is now the “POUR COM- PLETE” button

What you need to know: After speaking with customers we  learned that our drivers have been hitting the “DELIVERED”  button before their trucks have been completely unloaded  causing confusion about what payloads have been poured  vs arrived on site.

To more clearly communicate when this button should be pushed, the label has been changed to “POUR COMPLETE”.Please instruct your colleagues to only push the “POUR COMPLETE” button when they have completed discharging all of the product that the customer is accepting. This will mark the payload as “Delivered” in the customer’s Concrete-Direct app.
