IMPORTANT:
For batch weights to show up in ConcreteDirect, you MUST first set the “Print Ticket Weights“ in Salesforce.
In Salesforce a contract can be flagged to trigger “Print Batch Weights” every
time this project is selected in Command.
That will then flow into the Command Project
This flag is also found on the Command order under the “Other” tab.
NOTE: This box can be checked at the order level in Command even if it is not
populated on the project in SFDC.
To view the batch weights in the customer app and driver apps:
Navigate to the ticket you wish to view…
Select the “Batch weights” element that is immediately below the “Mix” value.
If the “Batch weights” element is missing then the flag double check the Salesforce and Command settings.
The batch weight table can be viewed in portrait or rotated to landscape to reveal more detailed columns.
