Support Reminder: 

As a reminder, these are the ways to submit a support request. 

  • Customer App: By shaking your phone and submitting a request
  • Driver App: By swiping the screen from right to left with 2 fingers
  • Web apps: By using the “?” icon at the bottom of the screen or
  • By emailing “support@concretedirect.com

 

Bulk Ordering in the iOS Customer App 

Customers on apple devices can now perform bulk orders by selecting multiple dates on the “Choose your date(s)” screen of the order process. Up to 12 dates can be selected, and 12 orders requested at one time. Bulk ordering for the Android app is currently under construction and will be announced later this year.
