As a reminder, these are the ways to submit a support request.

• Customer App: By shaking your phone and submitting a request
• Driver App: By swiping the screen from right to left with 2 fingers
• Web apps: By using the “?” icon at the bottom of the screen
• By emailing “support@concretedirect.com”

Batch Weights in Greece:

For greek users, batch weights have been added to the customer mobile app and the PDF delivery tickets.
